ABOUT ME (should you be wondering)
I'm an author and illustrator based in Australia but living in fairyland.
My head is a mess of stories, pictures and the occasional cake recipe.
I love to draw, doodle, dream, design, imagine, write, dance, sing (badly), scribble, splatter & cook.
Although I am not young, I am very much a child. (Or immature, depending on how you look at it.)

I am always creating and am keen as moutard to work on projects with schools, festivals, authors, teachers, illustrators, collaborators, publishers and other species.

I am regularly booked for speaking engagements in schools, libraries and at festivals and am passionate about literacy and the arts.
I am the author illustrator of Was Not Me, published by HarperCollins and shortlisted for Speech Pathology Australia's Book of the Year, Nomax, a CBCA Notable Book for 2017 published by HarperCollins. I am the illustrator of Dear Santa, published by Scholastic, My Unicorn Farts Glitter, published by Hachette and Once, I Munched a Mango published by State Library of Queensland. My adult fiction short stories and poetry have been published in anthologies by the University of the Sunshine Coast and Swamp Literary Journal. I teach creative writing at the University of the Sunshine Coast where I am undertaking doctoral studies in Creative Writing.
My awards include BAD and AGDA awards for both my graphic design work and illustrations.
